Ingredients for bread capsicum tomato todfod
- › soya paneer(tofu)- 30g
- › tomato(1)
- › green capsicum(1)
- › onion(1)
- › brown bread slice(3)
- › red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder for taste
- › ghee(5g)
- › tomato sauce or red chilli sauce (10g)
- › mustard seeds
Method
1. take 5 g ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, chopped onion and capsicum and saute it till onion is slightly brown
2. add chopped tomato and soy paneer and add all powders, mix well
3. add bread crumbs of 3 slices and mix well
4. add tomato and red chilli sauce and stir it for about 5 minutes so that everything mixes perfectly
5. serve it with curd or have it with a glass of milk.
