Semolina /suji:20gms
Mixed berries /blueberries : 20gms( i used frozen)
Stevia :As per taste
Salt as per taste
Baking soda : pinch
Baking powder:pinch
Milk: 10ml
Steps: . Dry roast rolled oats and suji . Let it cool down and dry blend it to powder /flour . Pour above flour into bowl .add baking soda and baking powder . Add stevia and salt . Add water and milk and mix well . Make sure the consistency is like you do it for uttapam . Keep it aside for mins . After mins heat pan, now just before pouring pancake batter to the pan add berries to the batter and mix well . Grease pan with ghee or oil . Pour the pan cake on the pan . Change sides and serve hot once done with some cream or honey/maple syrup if within macros
