Ingredients for Boneless chicken egg bhurji
- › Chicken boneless - 150 gram
- › Whole eggs - 4
- › Green veggies - 100 gram
- › Butter - 10 gram
- › Garlic paste
- › Salt, Kitchen king, Red chilli powder ( As per taste)
Method
1. Boil the chicken breast in pressure cooker 10-15 minutes before starting cooking
2. Take a fry pan and add butter or oil
3. Add green veggies, masala and fry for 5 mins
4. Add Boiled chicken breast and fry for 5-6 minutes at mid steam
5. Add whole eggs over and fry again for 5-6 minutes
6. Keep the steam low for 1-2 minutes
7. Once it’s done, garnish over with coriander
8. Ready to serve
