Any veggies- 50 g
Besan / any flour for binding-10 g
Oil - 5 g
Suji / bread crumbs - optional
Salt as per taste
Ginger garlic paste
Green chilli- chopped
Dry spices- red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhania jeera powder,chat masala etc
Boil soya chunks and squeeze to remove extra water
Mash them with boiled potato and other veggies like chopped onion, cabbage,carrots etc.
Add dry spices, besan , salt and knead
Roll into cutlets and roll in suji or bread crumbs
Brush oil and shallow fry them using nonstick pan or airfry them
