Half tea spoon Caraway seeds + 5 cardamom + 2 inch cinnamon
15 gm coriander leaves + 5 gm mint leaves + 1 lemon
100gm rice or as per your daily calories
) Cut the onion in thin pieces ) heat gm ghee and add onion in it, stir till it become golden brown color ( if it get black then you need to repeat the step , here we required golden brown color) ) transfer the step contains in cooker ( ghee and onion) ) add all the ingredients except milk mentioned in the ingredients list and mix well and marinate for hour or least min ) boil basmati rice in glass of water for min in low flame and remove the water ) cover your marinated chicken with rice, cover with the lead and heat the cooker in high flame for whistle ) remove the lead transfer the milk and gm ghee And don’t mix keep as it is, cover the lead and cook in low flame for rest min ) your biryani is ready to serve
