Ingredients for bhurji pav
- › Onion- 50 gms Eggs - 2 whole Butter - 5 gms Salt to taste Pav - 40 gms
1. Heat pan 1. Add chopped onions, finely chopped green chilli and coriander. 2. Add butter and sauté . 3. Sprinkle some salt as per taste. 4. Crack the eggs directly on to the sautéed veggies 5. Scramble scramble cook cook 6. Once done roasts the pav on the same pan. Enjoy !!!
