mix besan, Soya flour and curd together and let it rest for mins
add salt and water to get batter like consistency
add eno and stir properly the batter will be fluffy don't over mix
add the batter to greased tray
place the tray in pre heated steamer and steam it for - mins check if done with knife
in tadka pan add ghee and once it's hot add rai, jeera, curry leaves, udad daal, hing and green chillies.
add the tempering to steamed dhokla. garnish with chopped coriander and grated paneer. enjoy
