- › 5 egg whites, 35 g Besan, 100g vegetables and 3g Ghee/butter
Method
1. 1. Mix Besan, egg whites and vegetables well. 2. Add salt and spices 3. Add water if needed 4. Heat the pan and spread ghee 5. Pour the batter and it takes 5 minutes to get ready 6. Enjoy with green pudina chutney😋
