Ingredients for Bell-pepper Scrambled Eggs
- › 2 eggs 40gm multigrain aata
- › Chopped green yellow red bell pepper 1/4 tomato Green chilli 1/4onion
- › Salt Black pepper Pizza Pasta Seasoning
- › 8gm ghee
1. Finely chop all the veggies.
2. Take a pan heat it at ghee to it.
3. Add all the veggies to the pan sauté it and let it cook for not more than 1 min . Add green chilli as well
4. Crack the egg shell and pour the egg over the pan and add salt and seasoning and black pepper and then immediately start scrambling the eggs .
5. Kneed a dough and then make a layered triangular pratha use the the remaining ghee while making it.
6. Note : I like my veggies crunchy so I have not over cooked it . Micronutrient of veggies are not counted.
