Ingredients for Beetroot raita
- › Raw beetroot 100gm ( Grated)
- › Amul dahi 100gm
- › Black salt
- › Black pepper
- › Green chilli
- › Chat masala
- › Mustard seeds
- › Jeera
- › Pinch of hing
- › Curry leaves
- › Ghee 5ml
Method
1. Take a bowl and mix Amul dahi, black salt, chat masala, green chilli, black pepper properly and at last mix grated beetroot.
2. For tadka take a pan and add ghee then add mustard seeds , jeera , hing and curry leaves.
3. Now mix this tadka to dahi and beetroot mixture.
4. Your beetroot raita is ready to eat. serve this when it's lil cold.
