Ingredients for Beetroot Jaggery Halwa
- › Beetroot - 250
- › Jaggery - 50 (Change according to macros)
- › Ghee - 10grams
- › Cardamom
- › Roasted Cashew - 10 grams
- › Roasted Almonds - 10 grams
Method
1. Steam the Beetroot.
2. Grate the Beetroot once it cools down.
3. Heat ghee in a pan.
4. Add grated beetroot, saute for 5-10 min.
5. Add grated Jaggery and mix well.
6. Cook well till Jaggery melts and evaporates.
7. Add rosted nuts and cardamom powder and gently stir.
