Ingredients for Banana Chia pudding
- › 1 ripe banana
- › 20gms chia seeds
- › 180ml milk
- › 10gms almonds
- › water as needed
- › 1 tb spn unsweetened cocoa powder
Method
1. step 1 - mash bananas with fork. soak chia seeds in water for 2 - 3minutes. step 2 - add milk, soaked chia seeds, cocoa powder and almonds. sweetener if required. Refrigerate for 2 hours before consuming. Serves - 2 persons
