Ingredients for Baked potato pops
- › Baby Potatoes 100gms
- › olive oil 1ml just to brush
- › Salt, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder and jeera powder (mix all)
Method
1. Boil washed baby potatoes with skin.
2. Let them cool. Pop them with your thumb just enough to open up.
3. Brush Olive oil and place then in mesh of airfryer.
4. Bake at 180degree for 7 mins.
5. Once browned and crisp, take them out and toss them in the spices mix as mentioned above.
