Ingredients for Baked Soya Samosa
- › Soya 80gm
- › Ghee 10gm
- › Maida 100gm
- › Mayonnaise 25gm
Method
1. 1. Boil soya. 2. Drain Water. 3. Grind them and add the masala. 4. Make a filling for samosa and use the filing while making samosa bake them at 200°c for 18 to 22 min. 5. Serve them warm and crispy, with green chutney/sauce(avoid sauce to save calories)
