Minced meat/ keema 100 gm
Gram flour/besan 2 tablespoon
Salt as per taste
Chopped Green chillies as per taste
Half onion
Chopped Coriander leaves
1 teaspoon chat masala
Pinch of black salt
Half lemon juice
Bread crumbs 10 gm
Mix the minced meat with all the mentioned spices and keep it for minutes.
Make cutlet type/ finger/ round shapes and roll the cutlet in breadcrumbs. I prefer cutlet shape as it needs very less oil to get cooked and infact if you bake them also it gets well cooked.
Grease a pan ml ghee and put it on medium flame.
Place the cutlet and cover it with a lid till it gets brown in one side. It won’t take more than - minutes. Flip it to the other side. At this point before flipping grease a bit more ghee with a brush and cook it for - minutes with the lid on.
Now when both sides are a bit browned, put the cutlets in a pre heated oven for minutes at degrees.
Less oil and high protein chicken keema cutlets are ready to be served. Enjoy it with your friends and families.
