Ingredients for Apple date barfi
- › Apple 100 gm
- › Dates 20 gm
- › Ghee 5 gm
- › Cashew 10 gm
- › Milk 50 ml
Method
1. +Add ghee in pan
2. +Roast cashew till golden brown
3. +Remove cashew and roast Apple and dates on low flame, till mixture come close.it takes around 8-9 min.
4. +Add milk in mixture.keep it on low flame.allow mixture to soak the milk. Keep stirring mixture constantly.
5. +Add roasted cashew.
6. +Refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs
7. **Ps....For garnishing I used walnut , honey and dates ball( micros r not included)
