10 gms soya flour
5 gms oil
Onion, green chilli, salt and pepper
Make dough with wheat and soya flour to make chapatis
Heat pan, make roti (chapati)and slightly roast one side of the roti. Now on the other side whisk egg and add onion, green chilli, salt and pepper. Add this egg mixture on the roasted side of the roti and fold the roti from all sides in square shape.
Drizzle some oil on it and then flip the paratha
Let it roast completely from all sides and its ready to eat
