- › Burger bun-1 set
- › Cheese slice-1
- › Mayonnaise-1tbsp
- › Tomato sauce-1tbsp
- › Potato-2 medium
- › Bread - 1
- › Green Chilli-2
- › Gramflour-2tbsp
- › Maida-1tbsp
- › Cornflour-1tbsp
- › Breadcrumbs
- › Salt,turmeric,chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala-as required
- › Onion
- › Lettuce
1. Patty: Boil potatoes and peel the skin. To that,Add bread,onion,green chilli,gramflour,cornflour,salt,turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala,coriander leaves.
2. Mix everything well and take required amount to form into patty shape.
3. Take these patty and dip them in cornflour and maida slurry
4. Coat with bread crumbs and deep fry the patty.
5. Burger: Cut burger into halves,apply mayo then place the patty in lettuce add cheese slice on top,a little tomato ketchup,onion,mayo.(arrange in any order as you wish) close it with other bun.
