Airfried veggie soya kebabs

Ingredients

Soya chunks 15g

Raw peeled Potato 70 g

Finely chopped vegetables ( cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, green chillies) 50 g

salt and spices ( chat masala, dhaniya powder, garam masala, )

0.5 tbsp corn starch

Method

Step 1

Boil the soya chunks . Put them in cold water and then squeeze all the water . Grind them . Boil and mash potatoes . Mix grinded soya chunks, mashed potatoes, spices and green veggies . Roll them and press them gently to give kebabs shape . Air fry them for min at ⁰ Thats it. Enjoy them with your tea. PS. The quantity i used was really less as only this much could fit in my macros. Also, i did not use any oil. If required, u can brush little oil on it and add those calories too 😉
