Ingredients for AALU CHAAP & TOMATO-ONION CHATNI βπ»
- βΊ -Potato: 150 grams -Tomato: half -Onion: half -Ghee: 5 grams -Pink Salt: pinch -Mint Powder: pinch -Green Chilly: pinch -Coriander: pinch
Method
1. -Boil potato -After mashing potato, mix it with onion, salt, chilly, coriander & mint powder -Shape the batter in chaap form -Add ghee in non-stick pan -Cook the chaap in air tight pan for 2-3 minutes -Chaap is ready -Then in the same pan, soute tomato-onion -Chatni is also ready -Enjoy the dish π
