Milk -500 ml
Vinegar-1/2 to 1 tbsp
Whey - 1 scoop ( raw / rose / kulfi /masala milk /mango )
Stevia powder- for adjusting sweetness
Rose syrup- few drops for decoration
Pistachio - 1-3 /chopped for garnish
Boil milk and add half tbsp vinegar Stir and check if milk has curdled Add more vinegar slowly drop wise till milk curdled and clear whey water separates
Strain using seive or muslin cloth Keep it aside until water is drained completely from chena or paneer
Mash separated chena / paneer
Add one scoop of whey , and mix nicely Add flavors of your choice like kevra/ rose essence/ cardamom / saffron etc.
Adjust sweetness using stevia powder
Spread and cut in the form of square burfi , garnish with chopped pistachios and few drops of rose syrup ( optional)
Refrigerate and enjoyyyy
