Ingredients

minced chicken breast 200gm

1/2 onion

1/2 carrot

1/2 capsicum

15 gm ghee/butter

4 cloves of garlic

pasta seasoning

Schezwan sauce 1 tsp

wheat pasta 30gm

black pepper as per taste

salt as per taste

chilli flakes as per taste

Method

Step 1

in a pan add butter and stir fry chicken for - minutes and parallely boil the pasta

Step 2

take out the chicken in a plate and keep aside

Step 3

in Same pan add the remaining butter and garlic, onion, carrot and capsicum

Step 4

mix all properly and add little salt and cover it for - minutes on medium heat so that it will be cooked properly

Step 5

remove the cover add the fried chicken pieces, pasta and little water.

Step 6

give all a good mix. now add Schezwan sauce and mix well again

Step 7

add seasoning mentioned above and serve hot 🔥
