walnuts - 100 gms
almonds - 50 pieces
milk - 50 ml
ghee - 10 gms
Erythritol - 75 gms
Grind almonds and walnuts into a fine powder
To the powder made in step above add milk + ml water to form a fine paste
Take a skillet and add ghee to it , one a little warm add the paste prepared above
Roast the paste, carefully making sure it doesnt sticks to the base
Once the mixture is nicely roasted , the colour of mixture gets a little dark and it releases ghee (you can also notice the lovely aroma)
The mixture will start coming together and at this point add Erythritol and you will notice the mixture becomes like loose paste again
Continue roasting for another minutes and you will notice it forms a dough
Let it cool a little bit and Divide in equals parts to form Laddu (I used ice cube tray to make this process faster)
