French Beans-50 gms
Onion-50 gms
Tomato- 50 gms

Wash Mushrooms and cut them in small pieces.
Chop Onions, carrots, French beans tomatoes into small pieces
Mix chopped vegetables, mushrooms peas, ginger-garlic paste and salt.
In the frying pan put ghee and add mixture of vegetables and heat it on medium flame.
Beat the eggs and add them to the vegetable mixture.
In two mins the mixture will swell.
Remove it in a dish and garnish it with coriander.
