1)Rice-50 gm raw/ 175 gm cooked boiled rice 2)Soya granules 25 gram, boiled in water and little salt 5-7 min 3)oil/ ghee/ butter - 10 gm 4) ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon 5) onion 1/2 chopped or 50 gm 6)capsicum - 1 chopped optional 7) tomato - 1/2 chopped optional
) heat oil in a non stick pan )add ghee in it ) add jeera+ onions +ginger garlic paste wait till it get golden brown )add tomato and soya granules after squeezed it ) saut it add salt as per your tastes )add chili powder, garam masala or turmeric if you wanted the rice should be in yellow color ) now add cooked rice/leftover rice )add salt as per taste stairs well ) add some freshly chopped coriander )serve hot with salad its ready to eat now😀♥️
