Ingredients

200gms paneer 75gms tomato 75gms onion 75gms capsicum 15 gms oil 4 garlic cloves Ginger Red chilli powder Turmeric Salt to taste Kitchen King Masala for flavour

Method

Step 1

Cut paneer, onion, tomatoes, capsicum in cubes. Add oil to pan, and then jeera. Let it flutter. Then add -grated garlic cloves and about half inch garlic Then add onion, tomato and capsicum, sauté it for mins then add pinch of salt, haldi, and red chilli powder as per taste. Stir it nicely and add paneer to it. Let it cook for -mins on slow flame and then add half t-spoon kitchen king masala for flavour. Stir it for mins and then add coriander Ready to serve.
