Tuna 150 gm Egg 1 Rice 50 gm Ghee 10 gm Onion 1 finely chopped Carrot finely chopped 20 gm Peas 20 gm
Recipe: . Heat ghee in a pan and add the chopped onions. Add teaspoon turmeric. . Add the small tuna chunks and let it cook with the onion for mins till the raw smell of onion is gone and the onion gets absorbed in the tuna. . Add black pepper and salt and stir. . Add the raw egg and let it mix with the tuna. Do not scramble the egg. There will be mini pieces of tuna and egg. . The rice was cooked (boiled) and drained separately. . In a separate pan heat the remaining ghee and add chopped onion. Add carrot and peas and let the vegetables cook. . Add the cooked rice and mix vigorously with the veggies. . Add this to the cooked tuna egg and mix.Serve hot.
