Ingredients

50gms Rajma 50gms rice generic 100gms veggies (i took cabbage+flower +green peas) 10gms oil/ghee Half onion and hal tomatoe finely chopped (separate in two portions for rajma and veggies)

Method

Step 1

Rajma:- .pressure cook presoaked rajma and rice . Take gms oil/ghee in heated pan, for tempering add cumin, mustard seeds,later add half quantity of chopped onion n tomatoes. . Add tumeric, chilli powder, coriander powder . Add rajma n water as per consistency you wish. Let it cook for some time and rajma is ready . Veggies / bhaji . Take gms oil/ghee in heated pan, for tempering add cumin, mustard seeds,later add half quantity of chopped onion n tomatoes. . Add tumeric, chilli powder, coriander powder . Add chopped veggies n let it cook for mins . Done
