22g oil
200g mix vegetables
2 3 green chilli

Add oil to pan, add rai, jira, little garlic, onions, peanut and mix vegetables to it and keep stirring until veggies gets cooked, add salt green chilli, turmeric, spices if ur choice, little chat masala, then add all mixed flour once spices are cooked well, then keep stirring the flour until u get nice cooked aroma then add boiling water as per the consistency you like, dry or liquid, then cover for min and cook on steam . Sweeze lemon and ur ukarpendi is ready to eat , I prepared for lunch and dinner as per my macros,you can add less or more as per ur macros and enjoy ๐ #FITTERMasterchef
