Veggies- green and red bell pepper, broccoli, baby spinach leaves, corn, onion.
100gms tofu
50gms rice
Spices- turmeric, red chilli powder, corriander and cumin see powder, biryani masala

Water to boil rice
First chop tofu in small pieces and marinate it with turmeric, red chilli, coriander and cumin powder and keep it aside. Wash rice - times to remove all starch, take a vessel and boil water, add rice, little salt and cook till done, strain rice and keep aside. Heat tsp oil and add veggies and salt. Sauté for - minutes on high flame. Slow down the heat and Add tofu and biryani masala.(i use Everest masala) And add rice garnish with coriander. (optional)
