Jaggery 17 gm Seasame seeds 7gm, Besan (gram flour) 3gm, ghee - as per your macros (save it for this dish more the better, wheat flour - 70gm (I adjusted this per my macros)
make a stiff dough of wheat flour . Roast seasame seeds and ground to fine powder. . Roast besan and mix with seasame seed powder. . add jaggery to this mixture and mix well. you can add lil bit of ghee. I did not. . stuff this mixture in wheat flour ball, just like stuff paratha, and roll into roti. . serve hot and be generous with ghee. tastes yumm! enjoy traditional dish within your macros!!
