Soya 50 gms Oats 30 gms Besan 40 gms Capsicum 80 gms Chilles Curds 25 gms Carrots 40 gms Ginger Garlic paste Fresh coriander leaves Spices - turmeric, chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and amchur powder Salt

Method

Step 1

Grind soya chunks in mixer grinder . Grind oats in mixer grinder . Add above powders in a mixing bowl and to it add besan+spices+curds+finely chopped chillies and coriander+veggies . Add water little by little to get consistency similar to what you prefer for Paratha, knead the dough (keep it thick) . Roll it out with the help of fingers and palm (this is how thalipeeth is traditionally made but you can use a board and rolling pin) . Heat non-stick tawa, heat it evenly . If you have saved butter or curds from macros have it with this, it will add upto the taste!
