50gm Wheat flour

50gm Tofu

10gm oil

Method

Step 1

knead flour for paratha keep it separate.

Step 2

wash and strain tofu , grate or crush it. add salt,masala,chilly,coriander, ginger.

Step 3

stuff the small portion with tofu and make paratha.

Step 4

bake it evenly on both the side by applying oil to it to make crispy.

Step 5

serve it with achar or coromandel chutney.
