Ghee/butter (5gm)
Grind the sprouted moong daal and make a batter. Add water according to the preferred consistency.
Add salt/ seasoning in the batter.
Heat a pan and add oil to it.
Pour the mixture onto the pan or spread using spoon.(Depending on the consistency of the batter)
Cook - mins on each side.
Serve with sauted paneer/paneer bhurji , chopped veggies and green chutney.
