sponge gourd 200gm

potato 100gm

ghee 10gm

spices like coriander, chili powder, mustard seeds,cumin etc

Method

Step 1

temper ghee add garlic, green chili and other spices

Step 2

add sponge gourd and potatoes plus ml water

Step 3

add salt to taste and let it cook till potatoes get softer

Step 4

enjoy with your chapati ,naan , rice :)
