40gm split Moong dal

20gm rice

10gm ghee/oil

methi seeds , hing, cumin seed

Method

Step 1

soak rice and dal for about minutes

Step 2

boil the water , add salt, hing, turmeric powder, methi seeds, and little oil , add soaked rice and dal , let in cook

Step 3

add water as required , once cooked completely smash it

Step 4

you can make tadka if your macros permit or even have it with ghee
