Spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, capsicum, onion (other veggies to your desire)
Spices (pepper, salt and chilli powder)
Cheese
Grind spinach (no need to be a kind of paste just grind it coarsely)
To the above add finely chopped cauliflower ( gms), egg, gms of shredded cheese, salt, chilli powder and pepper
Mix the above well and spread it on parchment paper as a base
Now preheat the oven for F and bake the above base for mins
After mins take the base out and add the topping like mushrooms, onions, capsicum and other veggies and again bake it for mins
