Red Pumpkin 100gm
Carrot (Orange or Red any) 50gm
Beetroot 50gm
Oil 5ml
Milk 25ml (optional)
Salt as per taste
Black paper as per taste (optional)
Red Chilli powder or flakes as per taste
Oregano as per taste (optional)
Water 300ml
Cut, wash and clean all the vegetables. Remove the skin of the pumpkin.
Put the cooker on the gas and add ml oil
When the oil is heated add all the veggies and water
Close the lid of the cooker and wait for - whistles
Turn off the gas, let it cool down for mins
Once it is cooled down, separate water from the veggies. Don't throw away that water we will need it later.
Blend all the cooked vegetables in the mixer until you reach that smooth soupy consistency
Put another pan on the gas, once it heats up add that vegetable water, bring it to boil
Add milk into it along with all the blended vegetables. Let it cook for mins
Put salt, black pepper, chilli powder or flakes, oregano as per your taste, mix it properly
Your amazing, sweet n spicy soup that too with very low calories is ready, adjust water and spices as per your taste. Serve hot
