Garam Masala-1 tsp
Ginger
Green chillies
Salt
Soak dal overnight.
Boil chunks in water and squeeze the water. grind the chunks, dal, ginger and green chillies without water.
To the soya dal mixture add salt, garam masala, finely chopped veggies( cabbage, capsicum). You can add methi leaves as well.
Make the cutlets as per desired shape.
Shallow fry with ghee/ oil.
