onion-tomato (100 gms)
green chillies, coriander,curry leaves
oil (10 ml)
powdered spices of your choice
Soak gms of soya granules in hot water. let it soak for - minutes and then squeeze the excess water when it's soft. . Heat a non- stick pan. Put few mustard seeds, green chilly,curry leaf. Now put onions and tomatoes, put salt, turmeric pepper powder and little maggi masala. . Once spices are blended, put soya granules to it and stir well . let it cook for - minutes by closing the lid and delicious soya upma is ready. Garnish it with some coriander leaves. Enjoy !!! Note: Almonds in the plate is for display. Macros need to be added separately for it.
