Boil gms soya chunks . Drain all the water from the soya chunks . Add soya chunks, ginger, garlic, and green chilies to a blender and blend until smooth. . Keep the ground ingredients aside in a bowl. . Saute carrots and onions in grams of ghee . All sautéed vegetables should be mixed with the ground ingredients, and salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala should be added. . Make a patty and shallow fry it for minutes on a slow flame.
