50 gm Soya chunk or soya flour
50 gm Rice flour. You can use besan instead of rice flour.
12 gm Oil/ghee
30-40 gm onion
Veggie as per choice
Grind the soya and make the flour
Mix rice flour with soya flour. You can use besan instead rice flour.
Add salt, spices, vegetable as per choice and make a dough.
Make small tikkis and apply oil on the surface
Heat the pan with - gm of oil.
Pan Fry the tikkis on both side until it harden and turns brown. Make sure that it should not be soft as it will be uncooked. Make it hard like other tikki.
Serve with mint chutney as it tastes good.
