Grind the soya chunks and powder them
make a dough of atta, paneer, soya chunks, spinach and everything else
rest it for - mins
divide dough into rolls and roast them as tikki (or whatever form you like) on a non stick tawa/pan
serve it with coriander mint chutney or Curd
