one grind onion( according to quantity of veggies)
grind -one tomato, one green chilli and single piece of garlic
30 gm soya granules
5 gm green peas( peas are not mandatory)
half spoon -salt and coriander powder
one pinch -red chilli powder,dry mango powder and turmeric , garam masala
5 gm oil
coriander leaves
step - keep the pan on heat and pour the oil in the pan
step - when oil becomes hot pour onion and spices now without mixing cover the pan for one minute. after one minute mix it well
step - mix the tomato, chili garlic paste. other side give a one minute boil to peas and soya granules ( it will become soft)
step - now mix the granules and peas in the pan ,mix it well and mix ml water( because granules soak water) keep the flame medium
step - after minutes keep off the flame and sprinkle half pinch garam masala and coriander leaves.
now serve it with chapati .
