Whole wheat atta - 40gm Soya chunks- 35gm
Grind Soya chunks in mixer to fine powder.
Mix it with atta throughly.
Add water slowly to make a form dough. The dough is not as smooth as whole wheat dough but if you knead well, it becomes smooth. Rest the dough for min .
Roll a small ball of dough to make roti. The roties may become littel sticky due to soya. But kneading and resting it well helps to roll proper roti.
Cook the roti on tawa as usual.
If you use atta and soya in same propertion, you may need to add some fat in order to make the dough smooth.
These roties taste good and almost like usual wheat fulkas. Serve hot with subji/daal
