Spices (chilli powder, garam masala, salt)
Veggies (capsicum, broccoli, spinach)
Ghee
Rice
Soak the gms soya chunks (preferably mini chunks as they are easy to consume, but not mansatory) in hot water for mins, after that sequence water from chunks and keep them aside
Now add gms of ghee to a heated bowl and then add your veggies (capsicum, spinach, brocolli)
Sprinkle all the spices that you would like to add, I personally prefer garam masala, coriander powder, salt and chilli powder
Stir the veggies and spices well and close the bowl with lid till the veggies are cooked nicely (may be around minutes) at low/medium flame
Once the veggies are cooked, add the cooked rice ( gms before cooking) and mix them all well, now again close the lid, keep the flame at low and let it rest for - mins
