Ingredients

toor dal 25g

red masoor 25g

soya flour 50g

sooji 50g

vegetables 100g

oil- 10g

Method

Step 1

mix soya flour and sooji with curd and water and let it sit aside for - minutes

Step 2

add salt, turmeric some grated carrots, green chillies, and spluttered mustard seeds and curry leaves

Step 3

add a pinch of baking soda and mix well

Step 4

place the batter in an idli stand and steam for minutes. soya rawa idlis are good to serve

Step 5

sambar: boil the dals

Step 6

cook vegetables in oil and add the boiled dal once the vegetables are well cooked

Step 7

add sambar powder and tamarind as per taste.
