Soya veg pulao Soya chunks-15g Rice-75g Carrot, beans, onions, spring onions, 2 tbsp each Half spoon soya sauce Bay leaf-1, clove-2, dalchin- half each garam masala, shajeera, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, biryani powder, ginger garlic paste- 1/4th spoon each, salt- half tea spoon, coconut oil-5g
Soya veg pulao Soya chunks-g Rice-g Carrot, beans, onions, spring onions, tbsp each Half spoon soya sauce Bay leaf-, clove-, dalchin- half each garam masala, shajeera, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, biryani powder, ginger garlic paste- /th spoon each, salt- half tea spoon, coconut oil-g . Put oil, add spices and ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute . Add chopped veggies sprinkle salt and cook till they turn soft (add only one tbsp of spring onions now) . Then add soya sauce, cooked soya and cooked rice . Mix gently, then add the remaining spring onions and cover with lid for minutes . Serve it with onion raita or just with curd
