25 g Soya chunks (mini)
30g Basmati rice
10g Ghee
1bowl mixed vegetables( finely chopped)
1tsp pav bhaji masala
1 onion (finely chopped)
Some spring onion to garnish
Salt to taste
Take some water in a pan, add some salt and bring it to a boil. Add soya chunks and soak it for mins. After mins drain the water and keep soya chunks aside.
In a pan add ghee and saute finely chopped onion. Add mixed vegetables and salt. Cover the lead and let it cook for mins.
Once the veggies get soft add boiled soya chunks and tsp pav bhaji masala, stir it well.
Add boiled basmati rice, mix everything well. Cover the lead and cook it for mins.
Sprinkle chopped spring onion and it's done.
