Curd Soya Chunks Onions Tomatoes Chilles Rice Spices -Garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin seeds, whole spices Pudina leaves and coriander leaves
Soak Soya chunks in hot water for - mins Squeeze out the extra water . Marinate soya chunks with salt, turmeric and chilli powder In butter, add cumin seeds, whole spices as per your choice-saute . Add finely chopped onions, saute, add ginger garlic paste and saute it again, add finely chopped chillies too Add tomatoes, allow it to cook well . Add Turmeric, chilli powder and salt . Add marinated soya chunks saute once and add garam masala . Add rice ( I took basmati long grain biryani rice soaked it for mins) . Add coriander and pudina leaves over it and allow it to cook together
